Welcome to the capstone assessment for the Certificate in Intermediate Management and Leadership (Level 2). Having completed all five required courses in this track, you are now eligible to sit for the 100-Question Comprehensive Certification Examination.
Examination Structure (5 Sections × 20 Questions = 100 Questions)
Each question on the examination is tagged with its corresponding course code so you can immediately identify the theological and biblical context of every prompt:
- Section 1 (Questions 1–20): IML 201: Christian Worldviews
- Section 2 (Questions 21–40): IML 202: World Religions
- Section 3 (Questions 41–60): IML 203: Intermediate Counseling and Coaching
- Section 4 (Questions 61–80): IML 204: Intermediate Church Administration
- Section 5 (Questions 81–100): IML 205: Leadership II
Preparation Checklist
