Subtitle: Leading a Diverse Body of Believers

Course Description

Welcome to AML 301! This course explores one of the most beautiful and urgent callings for the contemporary church: to be a unified community that reflects the diversity of the Kingdom of God. We will examine the deep theological foundations for a multicultural body of believers, drawing from both the Old and New Testaments. This course moves from theory to practice, equipping you with the strategies and cultural intelligence needed to address issues of racial reconciliation and lead a healthy, vibrant, and truly inclusive church. Get ready to build a community that mirrors the heavenly picture of “a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language” (Revelation 7:9).

Course Structure

This course is composed of five chapters, each building upon the last to provide a comprehensive framework for leading a multicultural church. Each chapter includes a detailed summary, five in-depth lessons, a chapter test, and an optional “Deep Dive” for further study. The course culminates in a final course test.
