AML 304: Advance Church Administration
Subtitle: Strategic Operations, Finance, and Law
Course Description
Welcome to AML 304! This course is designed to equip ministry leaders with the essential skills to manage the practical and strategic operations of a church or ministry. While spiritual leadership guides the vision, effective administration builds the vessel that carries the vision forward. We will move beyond theory to cover the core operational pillars that ensure wise stewardship of God’s resources: financial oversight, governance models, legal awareness, and risk management. This course will provide the frameworks and tools necessary to build a healthy, sustainable, and legally sound ministry that is positioned for long-term impact.
Course Structure
This course is composed of five chapters, each building upon the last to provide a comprehensive understanding of church administration. Each chapter includes a detailed summary, five in-depth lessons, a chapter test, and an optional “Deep Dive” for further study. The course culminates in a final course test.
