Course Description

Welcome to ATP 301! This course explores the dynamic relationship between teaching and learning within a ministry context. It is designed to equip you with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge needed to teach the Bible effectively to diverse audiences. We will examine the core principles of pedagogy (how children learn) and andragogy (how adults learn), providing a robust framework for your teaching ministry. Key topics will include instructional design, curriculum development, creating engaging learning environments, and assessing learning outcomes to foster genuine spiritual growth in your students.

Course Structure

This course is composed of five chapters, each building upon the last to provide a comprehensive understanding of effective biblical teaching. Each chapter includes a detailed summary, five in-depth lessons, a chapter test, and an optional “Deep Dive” for further study. The course culminates in a final course test.
