Course Description

This course lays the groundwork for leadership from a Christian perspective. It examines biblical models, with a special focus on servant leadership, and explores the essential character traits and foundational skills of a godly leader. Students will learn to distinguish between secular and righteous influence, understand core leadership traits through a biblical lens, and apply principles of individual and organizational leadership in a manner that integrates God’s Word, the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and practical wisdom.
