Course Description

Welcome to IML 204! This course builds upon foundational principles of church administration, focusing on the practical systems and structures necessary for a thriving, Spirit-empowered ministry. We will move beyond theory to application, examining how to develop and manage teams, create effective communication strategies, oversee finances with integrity, and implement organizational structures that facilitate, rather than hinder, the work of the Holy Spirit. The goal is to equip leaders with the administrative skills to build healthy, sustainable, and impactful churches that are both spiritually vibrant and organizationally sound.

Course Structure

This course is composed of five chapters. Each chapter includes a detailed summary, five in-depth lessons, a chapter test, and an optional “Deep Dive” for further study. The course culminates in a final course test.

Assessments & Grading

To successfully complete this course, you must achieve a score of 80% or higher on each of the five Chapter Tests and the Final Course Test.
